The Basics of Allergy Treatment Options

The Bran Cure Doesn’t Have To Be Worse Than The Original Problem

When constipation is a concern, many doctors recommend their patients add bran and other sources of fiber to their diets. This natural cure can work wonders and help the body in a variety of other ways. If approached incorrectly, however, the introduction of even the recommended amount of bran and fibers to the diet can produce symptoms that are as bad as the original condition and sometimes even worse.

What Can Go Wrong?
